My BebeLove, netizen said there are ticket swapping?

I was suppose to watch "My Bebelove" the movie. |First movie ever of Maine Mendoza and Alden Richards. But I chose to watch it at a later time, on the assumption that this movie will be a topnotch. Given the status of their stardom on previous months was amazing. Millions of people has been a follower of Aldub and still continuing to grow. I was reading the news this morning about the feedback on the movie. But this is what I saw. How true that there are ticket swapping? Although it was not mention here in the post, the particular place where it did happen... One thing is for sure, I will surely watch this movie "My Bebelove"

Lunch at Teriyaki Boy

Katsudon Teriyaki Boy, Burgos Our dear friend requested to eat out somewhere near our office for lunch, finally we have decided to go for Teriyaki Boy , a Japanese restaurant situated at Rizal Drive cor. 29th avenue, Global City. We can't let  a preggy woman starved and crave are we? (*wink) I ordered Katsudon  (It's a breaded US pork cutlet, deep-fried and simmered in sweet soy sauce, onions and leeks, with beaten egg, topped on a bed of steamed Japanese rice) which isn't bad, the servings I guess is good for two. That's too much for me, I wasn't able to finish the food, this is served with house tea as per request. But if I have to compare the texture of the meat to other Japanese restaurant, the meat isn't as tender as other restaurant like in Yabu. Although the serving is generous enough to fill a starving tummy. I was also looking for their stirred fried veggies (Yasai Itame), unfortunately, they say that it was not served in this branch. Ba

Fluffy scrambled egg perfected!

Fluffy scrambled egg Scrambled egg is an all time favorite of my kids. This is perfect for rice combination or with bread. My kids preferred it with rice. As usual, Filipino dish comes always with rice, either morning or in the evening. To add some twist to same old boring scrambled egg. I've done some omelet shape to add something new to the look of the cooked egg. Here's the recipe for fluffy scrambled egg: 6 medium size egg 1/2 teaspoon of salt (depending on your taste) 2 table spoon of water Procedure: 1. Crack all eggs. 2. Add the salt and whisk. 3. Add the water.  It makes the egg more fluffy, you can add milk if you preferred. But I would prefer water, cause too much cholesterol is bad for the health. :) 4. Set the pan to low heat. Add oil, be sure to pour the egg if the pan is already heated. 5. While the egg is half cooked flip it as shown on the picture at the right. You have to do this while the egg is soft, else it will break if it is totally co

Double Chocolate with act of kindness!

Double Chocolate Ice Blended from The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf "Do all things with kindness!"   Oh yeah fantastic baby! This Double Chocolate Ice Blended from The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf makes my day! After a long day at work and trying to finish the task, I ended up having a migraine. Thanks to the sponsor who happily hand me this drink with act of kindness! After eating fries and load myself with caffeine to ease the pain, this additional bonus finally did it. Migraine's gone. I can't help myself comparing the taste of this ice blended drink to it's competitor which is Starbucks . Starbucks is more on the sweet side. The price is almost the same I must say. Double Chocolate Ice Blended The Coffee Bean, I guess have balanced in their ingredients. I might be wrong but I guess, it's having a different perspective and how we define sweetness in it's quantity. But if I have to choose between Starbucks and Coffee Bean, I'd cho

Sliced Pork Jerky or Bak Kwa as homecoming gift.

Pork Jerkey or BaK Kwa from Bee Cheng Hiang, Singapore Bak Kwa or Pork Jerky , as they call it. Locals of Singapore called this as Bakkwa. A friend of mine shared this to us to give it a taste. Bak Kwa tastes like "Tocino". Pork Jerky was sweet and salty at the same time, but sweetness is taking over the saltiness. Although you can buy these goodies uncut from Chinatown, they have a sliced version that you can take home, sealed in freshness. Key ingredient of Bak Kwa are sugar and fish sauce.  These pork jerkey are vacuum sealed from Bee Cheng Hiang . Instruction how to eat vacuum sealed Bak Kwa or Pork Jerky Bee Cheng Hiang have an online store for vacuum packed Bak Kwa, variants are pork, chicken, and beef. Together with the package, is the instruction how to eat the sliced pork. But since we don't have time to follow the instructions (wink). We just tear the seal and bite this sliced goodies. You can take it home and have it as homecoming gift o

The Journey of a Financial Advisor Part 2

I've been waiting for this day to take the licensing exam from Insurance Commission. It is supposedly last week, but I wasn't able to do so, since my kid has fever. Insurance Commission, United Nation Avenue, Manila I reviewed all night, but I'm a bit frustrated since I wasn't able to finished all the reviewer. I woke up and see all the papers we're scattered on the floor. I'm trying to recall what happened, just then I realized that I fell asleep with the papers on my hand the night. (Sigh) But to start the day with good vibes. I need to start fresh with coffee on the table (wink) and a good breakfast. I have an hour to prepare and start traveling from Mandaluyong to Manila to get to Insurance Commission. I need to avoid rush hour to be late. At exactly 5:58 am, I left home with only one goal in my head. "Pass the two exams, without retaking!". Around 7:17, I'm already at the Insurance Commission, asking the guard how to go on the proc

Six month old babies must haves

Here's one thing that babies must haves, when they reached 6-month old and above. Walker is something that's mandatory, all my kids learned how to walk because of this baby walker. This will also keep the babies busy since there are some cute toys in front of them that's either produces sounds or emits  light. Walker also gives you more time to do some household chores, while keeping an eye on your precious babies. Just don't leave them unattended of course! Plus instead of buying a baby chair, or high chair. Walker also serves as a baby chair where they can have their tiny food bits in the front of them. As you can see on the design, these toy spots in front can be removed and be converted to table. Another baby must haves is play pen. As a mom of three, I usually don't buy cribs. I never really used cribs. For some reason, cribs are expensive plus it is made of wood (most of them). We all know how hard wood is. It's a "no-no". When babies sta

The Journey of a Financial Advisor Part I

My journey as a Financial Advisor merely started because of a hunger to learn how to manage money. I guess everyone might agree with me, that even the rich people are sometimes lousy in managing their own finances. Even I, myself, is guilty of doing this. It's like, if you have money, the tendency is you want more. Shopping here, expenses overboard, buying that, buying these etc. I realized, that sometimes it would take someone or somebody to poke our head for us to realize that we need to have a goal, we have to be financially literate, to make money work for us and at the same time protecting our love ones. Not for us chasing money and make us work forever. Initially the case is we will work for the money (that's true) but eventually, as the time goes by, this must not always be the case. Our family, our kids, needs us.  We need to have more time for them, we need to have time for things that we would like to do, like traveling or chasing our passion. Instead of us workin

Spending time with kids

Snake and Ladder Game Board In the era of smartphones and latest technologies, including tablets and iPad , I thought board games has long been extinct. Like dinosaurs that you only see in movies. But yeah, I have to admit I was wrong. There was a sudden change on interest with my five-year-old kid. Usually she plays with barbie dolls, little plates and kettles made of plastics or watching Youtube video. But now she's asking Mr. Hubby to play with her. Which is good, in terms of family bonding and being in a real world. At first I thought it would not click! But hey, they are enjoying including my eldest daughter who also joined the game. They're both laughing when somebody's tower hit the head of the snake. For those who don't know. If you hit a snake head on this board game, you will be taken to the tail of the snake, which usually means you are at the loosing side. I guess I have to encourage more both my kids to play board games instead of watch

Chocolate Cookies from Marks & Spencer

Double Chocolate Cookies Chocolate Cookie, yahoo!!! The best things in life are free. This is one of the perks of being a blogger (wink). You've got to taste food for free at the same time, you enjoy the part of being a critic. This is not the first time, I tasted a cookie. I could say that I am not a cookie person. If you would ask me if I have a choice, whether it's a cookie or a cake. I will go for cake of course. But this time, I have a sudden change of heart. A heartylicious, mouth watering cookie, made even better with gooey and fudgee texture in your mouth. That makes it stand out, a soft cookie indeed, without removing the touch of conventional cookie crust at the outer layer. It is layered with tiny bits of gooey chocolates, that from the taste of it, you can tell, that the chocolates used are high end yet affordable. It will only cost you 50 pesos, for a cookie with a size of your palm. Not bad. Marks & Spencer Food are offering variety of cookies

Take a break!

Krispy Kreme Original Glazed Doughnut  Taking a break from work is important. It is as important as taking a shower everyday or twice a day. It helps us clear our minds and organize our thoughts. It's like resetting a machine to a brand new you, plus with fresher outlook. Like in my case, web development isn't an easy task. But to make things better we take breaks. But please don't "over break", bring an alarm clock (wink). Taking a break can be done in so many different ways, some prefer a smoke break, others do it by walking or talking to ot her people. But us, we want it this way. Here's a perfect break that you can't resist. Eating of course! Black Coffee Sweetness overload of Krispy Kreme Glazed Doughnut courtesy of our beloved Team Leader. Who wouldn't want a free doughnut? Combined with Black Coffee on the side. I preferred black coffee to neutralize the taste of Doughnuts sweetness but nevertheless I like it sweet. Lucky fo

Midnight Opera from Honeybee Patisserie & Cafe

Midnight Opera cake It's Alexa's (the cutie baby below) 7th month birthday that's why we are celebrating. For a treat we have a Midnight Opera cake from Honeybee Patisserie & Cafe.   Midnight Opera , sounds like a play to me or some sort of a movie, but not anymoooreee! For a minute I was thinking why it was named that way . If you're going to taste this cake, it taste like chocolate mousse but doesn't melt in your mouth (unfortunately). The chocolate frosting give life to the cake itself. It's more of a bread rather than a cake. It's kinda heavy on my tummy :) I won't consider this as a dessert but rather a snack which is good. This is the second cake we have tasted from Honeybee Patisserie & Cafe, since our babies are all celebrating their monthly birthday, we would like to taste different flavors of cake each month. The cake was from a friend and reviewed by us :) Look how hungry we are, cake disappeared just like that.

Aldub Fever

Aldub , a very unique love team in GMA Kapuso's Eat Bulaga, found in their segment "Kalye Serye". It's funny though how Aldub (Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza) love team started. Aldub, Dub for Yaya Dub and Al for Alden. Maine Mendoza as Yaya Dub's character, started with cute smile and "pabebe" wave to a visiting already artist Alden Richards, shows a bit of "kilig" on the other side of the screen. It is rather unexpected that both character, catches the attention of the large population of television viewers. Aldub is a great hit both for teenagers and adults. Starting from Dubsmash conversation of both Maine and Alden, thru songs. The epic part is they see each other on split screen only, then week after week, there's always a twist of the story. Must I say, that the three "Lola" are great contributor. Their flawless sense of humor leads both Alden and Maine to the top. Needless to say there are truth on series of epi

U-hop Shuttle Service - App base business opportunity in the Philippines

U-hop , a new app based shuttle service in the Philippines. App base transportation services are booming business in the Philippines, it started with Uber, then came Grab Car, and here a much more larger capacity vehicle which is U-hop. U-hop's vehicle requirement is seven seater and up. Should be mini van to large vehicle. The concept is like UV-Xpress where there are certain routes only of the car. Unlike Grab Car / Uber, where it acts like a taxi using private vehicle. U-hop has multiple passengers and they need to register to U-hop as a member. Same thing with the operator. U-hop validates the identity of the passengers as well as the driver for safety reasons. As for members, this is a good choice if the concern is security and convenience, U-hop even have promos for unlimited rides in a daily basis. But as the word promo means, it will expired at certain time. You can visit U-hop's site to check what are the available services and promos you can avail as a member.

Kidzania Playtime Experience in Taguig

Kidzania, a kids version of real world community, it can be found at Fort Bonifacio Taguig. Here at Kidzania, kids will be able to role play either consumer or someone who can be providing a service. Look at this cute little girl named Ayesha, holding a BPI version cheque and monetary  bills. Kidzania has their currency which is really cute. Making these kids aware of the importance of savings and at the same time teaching them the value of money. Kidzania also have a nursery, where kids can experience the role of a nurse taking care of the babies, which is really cool. Introduction to modeling are also introduced here at Kidzania for those wannabe kids. This is something interesting :) Here, she's opening a passbook account, which can be reuse just in case she wants to visit again Kidzania. Construction is another experience here, where the kids can wear a complete suit with of course the hard hat. One of the most informative activity inside Kidzania is the

Chocolate Decadence from Honeybee Patisserie & Cafe

Chocolate Decadence at it's finest taste. I just so love the taste, the chocolate is not so sweet, taste like mild dark chocolate in the making. Sinfully delicious as they say it! The inner filling, the yellowish stuff that you see in the cake is like a soft custards that melts in your mouth. Delicious :)   We we're able to taste the cake courtesy of our dear friend Glyneth bought from Honeybee Patisserie and Cafe. In search of different cakes for her baby's every month celebration. Next time we will be waiting for another cake, ha ha ha. Unfortunately I was not able to find their website (it's not displaying properly) but they have a Facebook page.   Where you can see the information and details of the store.   We bought it from Fort Bonifacio one of their branches:  Fort Bonifacio Unit 1 & 2 G/F, The Fort Residences, 30th St. Cor. 2nd Ave. Fort Bonifacio Taguig City (Mon - Sun 2am - 10am) Tel number: 478-7483 The cost is reasonable enough

Healthy food for picky toddlers

Carrot and Potato Mix  Talking about healthy food for toddler? Here's a super cool idea that would let you feed them with veggies without them knowing it. Here's the recipe: Small size carrot Medium size potatoe Half of onion 3 gloves of garlic 1 egg  2 tbsp. of all purpose flour (I'm using Magnolia ) Oil for frying (I preferred corn oil) Grind black pepper (I'm using McCormick ) Pinch of salt Process: 1. Use a shredder  for carrots and potato, I preferred the one with small holes since it will be more refined. Don't forget to peel before doing this. 2. Add salt, garlic, onion and pepper. For kids, use powdered pepper. I used grind pepper here since I'm feeding an adult :) Mr. Hubby. You can also shred the onion and garlic. 3. You will notice that water will appear as soon as you mixed the ingredients, don't drain them, the vitamins are there. Add the flour, then add the egg and mix all. 4. Let it settle for 5 to 10 minutes. 5.

Grab Car booming business in the Philippines

Grab Car Peer orientation was held yesterday at Rufino Pacific Tower on the 38th floor in Makati. (Update: They are no longer in Rufino tower, as of writing of the update the office was transferred to Buendia). I was given the opportunity to attend one of their sessions. Grab Car was the word of mouth now a days since a lot of people say that you can earn more compared to taxi especially if you own the car. As per session Grab car was accredited by LTFRB, since there are lot of news concerning franchise fee that LTFRB would like to implement in this booking app. But as per session yesterday there are NO agreement yet with LTFRB (Land Transportation and Franchising and Regulatory Board) that the members are required to have a franchise fee. This was said as per session yesterday (August 14, 2015). Grab Car : Updates as of Nov. 10, 2015 - TNVS ( Transport Network Vehicle Services) is 5,600 per car. Grab Car was an added service to originally Grab Taxi. This is their new addition
