Fluffy scrambled egg perfected!

Fluffy scrambled egg
Scrambled egg is an all time favorite of my kids. This is perfect for rice combination or with bread. My kids preferred it with rice. As usual, Filipino dish comes always with rice, either morning or in the evening.

To add some twist to same old boring scrambled egg. I've done some omelet shape to add something new to the look of the cooked egg.

Here's the recipe for fluffy scrambled egg:

6 medium size egg
1/2 teaspoon of salt (depending on your taste)
2 table spoon of water

Procedure:
1. Crack all eggs.
2. Add the salt and whisk.
3. Add the water.  It makes the egg more fluffy, you can add milk if you preferred. But I would prefer water, cause too much cholesterol is bad for the health. :)
4. Set the pan to low heat. Add oil, be sure to pour the egg if the pan is already heated.
5. While the egg is half cooked flip it as shown on the picture at the right. You have to do this while the egg is soft, else it will break if it is totally cooked. Six egg is good for 4 persons already.

Look at this little Miss, she loved it more than I do. This picky kid will surely love it.

Junk foods for you and for me

Most of us love eating junk foods especially the kids and my kid is one of them. Oh how she loved eating chocolate like me. Green & Black's Organic Chocolate Bar, 70% Cocoa, 3.5-Ounce Bars (Pack of 10) It is sad but true that most of our kids today have junk food on their diet. These foods are loaded with high calories, fats, and sugar, but very low in nutrition.

LONG DISTANCE love affair

It's pretty hard to keep any long distance relationship. One partner may feel insecure, cause he/she might not know what the other person is doing on the other side of the world.

BABY RASHES

It hurts to see your baby crying out loud because of that reddish thing that you see on her diaper lining. These are diaper rash or diaper dermatitis; it is caused by diaper staying wet on the skin, rubbing of diaper on the skin and some chemicals that blend with the diaper that is found in urine and stool. Common causes are: ·          If the wet diaper stays long on babies, especially if they sleep for long hours and we are unable to change it. ·          If the baby is already eating solid foods. The chemical content on their stool and urine might change causing the rashes. ·          Constant rubbing of skin.
