Condominium Developer - Federal Land Inc.

I was looking last week on one of the most high end condominium models that will be rising soon in greater Manila, specifically located at Global City, Taguig. Through some research I found out that the developer of this condominium is under Federal Land Inc.

Pretty much if you are an investor or just a simple buyer, you will of course conduct a research who is the developer of the property. Given that the condo units that they are selling are Pre-selling condominiums.

Here's what I've found out. Federal Land, Inc. is a member of the GT Capital Holdings company and a  partner of the Metrobank Group. Its roots began in Manila as previously  named Federal Homes, Inc. since 1972. Federal Land Inc. is a developer of prime residential and commercial developments of high-rise condos and suburban communities including commercial centers.

Federal Land became of the fastest growing and trusted company on it's field. They are the one who built the 47-storey blade-like structure in Makati skyline. One of its flagship project is the GT tower.

Their latest project is the world-class Grand Hyatt Manila Residences and the headquarters of Metrobank. It will be the elegant lifestyle of the best commercial centers. The commercial shops will be exclusive to home owners only of the condominiums. They've been in the industry for more than 40 years roughly 42 years of experience as land developers.

What they are building currently is Veritown Fort, a 11 hectare new york city inspired development of Federal Land Inc. in Bonifacio Global City. Currently, it has 6 developing towers namely, Grand Hyatt Hotel, Grand Hyatt Residences, Park west, Central Park West, Madison Park West, and Times Square West and still has many other future developments to be developed.

The Journey of a Financial Advisor Part 2

I've been waiting for this day to take the licensing exam from Insurance Commission. It is supposedly last week, but I wasn't able to do so, since my kid has fever. Insurance Commission, United Nation Avenue, Manila I reviewed all night, but I'm a bit frustrated since I wasn't able to finished all the reviewer. I woke up and see all the papers we're scattered on the floor. I'm trying to recall what happened, just then I realized that I fell asleep with the papers on my hand the night. (Sigh) But to start the day with good vibes. I need to start fresh with coffee on the table (wink) and a good breakfast. I have an hour to prepare and start traveling from Mandaluyong to Manila to get to Insurance Commission. I need to avoid rush hour to be late. At exactly 5:58 am, I left home with only one goal in my head. "Pass the two exams, without retaking!". Around 7:17, I'm already at the Insurance Commission, asking the guard how to go on the proc...

Junk foods for you and for me

Most of us love eating junk foods especially the kids and my kid is one of them. Oh how she loved eating chocolate like me. Green & Black's Organic Chocolate Bar, 70% Cocoa, 3.5-Ounce Bars (Pack of 10) It is sad but true that most of our kids today have junk food on their diet. These foods are loaded with high calories, fats, and sugar, but very low in nutrition.
