Junk foods for you and for me

Most of us love eating junk foods especially the kids and my kid is one of them. Oh how she loved eating chocolate like me.

It is sad but true that most of our kids today have junk food on their diet. These foods are loaded with high calories, fats, and sugar, but very low in nutrition.

Usually fruit drinks have artificial flavoring and loaded with sugar, which i think is very tasty, that's why it's very addicting. Especially those who uses powder flavoring, the color and taste are very appealing, it mimics the flavor and color of fruits. Burgers also contains a lot of fat which can cause hypertension. Imagine if you load these foods in your system, try to imagine soda, cakes, chocolates, burgers, all mixed together. It is a toxic that slowly kills your body while you are feeling happy. Not knowing that what you're taking in will kill you in the near future.

If our kids or us will continuously eat this kinds of foods let say for five or ten years, what will happen? Obesity? Illness?

As of today i encourage everyone to eat healthy foods like vegetables. If you would to eat pizza choose the one with veggie toppings instead of meat. Steam food is best over fried foods, stay away from cholesterol please.  Stay away from sugary diet, if you would like to eat ice cream, a small amount will do to ease the cravings.

We only have one life to take care off,   so make sure that we live healthy and happy.

Little by little the behavior of teenagers has been destructed and bent into different directions. I'm not telling you that i am pro adult premarital sex, but mostly teenagers are the most affected of this issue. Since their spiritual and emotions are not established yet. Usually their idea of premarital sex has been twisted maybe by media, like television or internet. At this age they are still in the process in finding their self and identity.
